How we work

We provide comprehensive prepress support using industry-standard Esko workflows and GMG colour management for accurate colour proofing and layouts. Our team optimises artwork for flexographic and gravure printing, performs trapping and distortion compensation, and produces final digital proofs to connect design seamlessly with production.

We offer printing in up to 9 colours, using advanced technology to deliver vibrant results for leading large manufacturers. Our services also include spot varnishing.

Our advanced high-speed presses, including FUJI and W&H, print up to 9 colours with excellent registration accuracy and consistency. Automatic viscosity control, inline inspection and precise tension control ensure vibrant colour reproduction and stable performance in large-scale packaging production.

Our FUJI / SUMITOMO solvent-based and solventless laminators bond multilayer films for excellent clarity, peel strength and barrier protection. Automatic tension control and precise coating systems ensure uniform adhesive application, meeting food, chemical and high-barrier packaging requirements.

After lamination, materials undergo controlled curing in constant-temperature chambers so the adhesive fully crosslinks and stabilises. This ensures optimal peel strength, chemical resistance and food-contact safety before slitting or further processing.

High-precision slitters cut laminated rolls to customer-specified widths with clean, consistent edges. Automatic tension control and laser alignment ensure tight roll formation, reduce waste and support smooth downstream conversion and filling.

Our bag-making lines include Totani high-speed machines, reliably producing stand-up pouches, three-side-seal flat bags, gusset bags and spout pouches. They ensure precise heat sealing, stable pouch geometry and reinforced strength for applications from food to household products.

We offer Easylock zippers, laser scoring, tear notches, spout insertion, Euro holes and clear windows. These operations use dedicated finishing equipment to improve convenience, functionality and shelf appeal.

Quality assurance runs through every production stage with inline vision inspection, heat-seal strength tests, thickness measurements, drop tests, retort simulations and ink adhesion assessments. Our team follows strict standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure every batch meets international standards and customer specifications.

Finished goods are stored in a temperature- and humidity-controlled warehouse equipped with a Daifuku automated storage and retrieval system (AS/RS). This ensures efficient inventory management, first-in, first-out (FIFO) handling and protection from environmental conditions during storage.

We coordinate global logistics using palletisation, moisture protection and optimised loading to reduce transport risks. Our logistics team works with reliable freight partners to ensure timely, damage-free delivery to customers worldwide.
